On Sunday night I had the privilege of participating in the first "Hotdogs for the Homeless" event. On the 4th Sunday of every month I get the opportunity to join my friends and distribute socks, gloves, food and fellowship to the homeless in downtown Sacramento. This time members of the group had the idea to do something a little different and hold a hotdog barbeque for the people on the street. As far as I am concerned, it was a tremendous success. Thanks to everyone who participated and making it a great night. For more info on what goes on, please link to Ryan Lundquist's Local Justice Blog and the Socks and Gloves homepage.

Dude, awesome pics. You are the Socks & Gloves resident photographer, I think. I love the first one of the man from Cuba.
Dan, please answer me this: is that the kit lens that you are using? Great portrait shots you are taking, my friend. A well-documented day.
