Last week I got to hang out in Tahoe for a couple of days with most of the family (see ya' up there next year Amy, John & Ella), which is becoming an annual and much looked forward to retreat. I did the usual resorty(?) type things; hanging out by the pool, the beach, the casino and in the process acquired some very oddly shaped and randomly placed sunburns.

Loki the lab is a staff member at the beach. Loki's official job is to keep the beach free of waterfowl (as indicated above, she is not always successful.) Apparently Loki began taking the surfing lessons in June in order to help her carry out her mission. Does a k-9 have to file a 1040?
